FESTIVAL RULES

1) The following items are strictly prohibited inside the event area: professional audio and video recording devices, over-the-counter medication, open cigarette packs and tobacco, any kind of food and beverages, glass or plastic bottles, cans, flammable and explosive objects (such as deodorant, perfume, insecticide, etc.), weapons, sharp or piercing objects, and laser pointers. Additionally, foldable chairs or umbrellas may not be allowed inside if space is limited.

2) Starting a fire in the event area is strictly prohibited.

3) There will be a first aid tent and ambulance available during the entire event.

4) Prescription medications required by participants will be recorded and handed over to the first aid tent upon entry. Participants can collect their medication from the tent when needed.

5) The event organizer and security personnel are not responsible for incidents occurring outside the event area. For safety reasons, participants are advised not to leave the premises unless necessary.

6) The sale of alcohol and tobacco products to individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any adult purchasing or providing alcohol or tobacco for minors will be removed from the festival area.

7) Participants under the age of 18 will receive a designated (-18) wristband. Those found without this wristband or tampering with it will be escorted out of the event area.

8) Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the camping area without a parent or legal guardian.

9) Tickets and QR codes sent via SMS are personal and can only be used once.

10) Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen tickets are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and replacements or refunds will not be issued.

 

11) Event tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for counterfeit tickets obtained from unofficial sources.

12) All participants must carry their ID and ticket at all times during the event and present them upon request.

13) Participants accept all security measures, including bag and body searches, carried out by the event organizers and security personnel. Those who refuse security checks will be denied entry without a ticket refund.

14) The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed inappropriate, with a full refund of the ticket price.

15) Wristbands will be issued based on ticket type and are required for entry and re-entry into the event area.

16) Participants must keep their wristbands on at all times. Wristbands that are removed, torn, reattached, or damaged will not be valid for event entry.

17) Anyone found without a wristband or with a damaged wristband will be removed from the event area and will not be allowed to re-enter.

18) Participants with daily, combined, or VIP tickets are requested not to leave the area before 10:00pm Otherwise, their wristbands will be removed, and their tickets will be canceled. Re-entry will require purchasing a new ticket.

19) Camp ticket holders are requested not to leave the event area between 02:00pm and 10:00pm and must return to the campsite before 02:00am Failure to comply will result in the removal of their wristbands and ticket cancellation.

20) Event tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the organizer's approval. Additionally, conducting any commercial or promotional activities at the festival without the organizer’s permission is strictly prohibited.

21) The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule. Any such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a full or partial refund.

22) Participants may not record, copy, broadcast, or distribute any visual or audio recordings of concerts and performances via TV channels, the internet, or mobile networks.

23) The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Participants are advised not to bring valuables to the event.

24) Found items will be taken to the event management office. If unclaimed, they will be handed over to the nearest police station after the event.

25) The organizer will record audio and video footage throughout the event. By purchasing a ticket, all participants consent to being filmed and recorded.

26) Free mobile restrooms will be available. Cleaning and maintenance will be carried out by the designated company. Participants are expected to follow restroom guidelines to avoid disruptions in service.

27) A variety of Ministry-approved food and beverage stands will be available. For safety reasons, participants are advised not to purchase food or drinks from unauthorized vendors outside the event area.

28) All mobile network operators will set up temporary base stations to improve coverage. However, any connectivity issues are the responsibility of the respective network providers.

29) The event's sound and lighting systems may cause temporary hearing and vision discomfort.

30) Light effects and visuals used during the event may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy.

31) Camp ticket holders must set up tents in designated areas assigned by camp staff. Staff will regulate tent sizes and space usage to avoid unnecessary occupation of space.

32) Vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, bicycles, and scooters are not permitted inside the festival and camping areas.

Overnight stays outside the designated camping area are strictly prohibited.

33) Camp staff will oversee tent setups to prevent excessive space use.

34) Our events are designed to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. However, freedom does not mean disturbing others. Please refrain from excessive or disruptive behavior. Participants who continue disruptive actions despite warnings will be removed from the event, and their tickets will be canceled.
